Pizzeria Solino in Dortmund

He told us to never come again, after we complained waiting much longer than he told us

He told us it would take 20mins. He started making the food 35mins later. We ended up waiting 50min for 2 Arabic kebabs. The owner seems to be super unmotivated, unfriendly and unorganised. He also likes to touch everything with his hands so i would consider it as being a bit unhygienic.

Arabic kebab tastes rather bad.

No recommendation! Waited almost an hour even though the owner said 20min. When I asked him about it, I was yelled at that he was very busy and that I shouldn't come back. In all honesty, that's really no reason to shout & what to say to customers is questionable. Food was already cold, the taste was normal.

A life saver for PhD students from the Uni! The place is open until late evening, pizzas are cheap and delicious - every time.

Pizzas ok, but uninviting atmosphere: The Pizzeria Solino is located in Dortmund Barop in the immediate vicinity of the North Campus of the TU Dortmund. The pizzas were good in taste, but unfortunately a little burned. Although the place is clean, it doesn't sit really well at any table and it is often drafty. The owner was friendly, but despite the mostly yawning emptiness in the pizzeria relatively slow.

The pizza was good but the owner was disrespectful to us. He throw my bank card on the table because it was visa, and you can’t pay with Visa cards.

I didn't like the pizza, it was 4 Formaggio but it didn't taste so good. The owner was so unrespectful and rude to me and my friend. That's not how to deal with clients! For sure I'm not coming back again.

The pizza was pretty good. They are available in three sizes, so there is something for every hunger. For once just eat a pizza this pizzeria is recommended.

Tortellini la chef was a tasty dish, made with simple ingredients, but it was still a solid tasty meal. The price / performance ratio is really ok. At the friendliness and appearance of the service staff you could work even further.

Sometimes it takes a little time to get your food, but if it does, then in my opinion it is perfect, of course you can still put one on top, but price performance unbeatable! I can only recommend it, bring a few minutes with you and enjoy the peace and the surroundings! ;) (very nicely designed restaurant!)

Neither the food nor the prices nor the ambience are exceptional in any way. He has quite open late and offers a decent selection. Telephone pre-order easily. Only cash.
